Tangled 4K Blu-ray Movie, Special Features and Extras

Tangled's SteelBook unsurprisingly emphasizes Rapunzel's hair, a long stretch of which she is yanking towards her. Some of it flows freely
beside
her. Her trusty steed Maximus stands behind her with a snarling look on his face. Natural greenery and mountain formations surround the characters
and Rapunzel's tower stands tall back left. The film's title appears top center and is debossed. The scene continues to the rear. It turns out Rapunzel has
used her hair as a makeshift lasso. It's wrapped
tightly and totally around Flynn, who has a look of hopelessness for the situation on his face. Pascal is sitting on his head. The foreground and
background is similar to what's seen on the front. The front and rear panels are glossy and smooth and will show fingerprints. The spine also maintains
the scene; it's not broken up by a solid color, as has been the case with many recent Disney 4K SteelBooks. The film's title appears center. An UltraHD
logo may be seen at the top and a Disney logo has been placed at the bottom.
Inside, the digital copy code is tucked underneath the left-hand-side tabs. The two discs, one UHD and one Blu-ray, are situated on the right in
staggered-stacked formation. The inner print is a two-panel spread that features Flynn and Rapunzel in a rowboat. Rapunzel is reaching off to the side
to examine a lantern. Dozens can be seen floating in the sky.

Tangled 4K Blu-ray Movie, Overall Score and Recommendation

Disney's SteelBook release for Tangled is one worth becoming wrapped up in. The continuous scene across the outside and another inside is a
quality design choice given the movie's focus on an extremely long head of hair; it only makes sense to elongate the opportunity to portray it. The inner
print is pleasing, too, and the on-disc content is rather good. Highly recommended.
