Superman really is the Man of Steel, or at least of SteelBooks with regard to this collection, which Warner Brothers Home Entertainment has released in this specialized packaging along with its standard packaging release that I reviewed a few weeks ago. This particular release does include some non disc swag that the standard package didn't, which may make it attractive even to collectors who aren't especially "into" SteelBooks.

Video quality of each film is assessed in my reviews of the standard packaging releases:
Superman: The Movie 4K Blu-ray review
Superman II 4K Blu-ray review
Superman II: The Richard Donner
Cut 4K Blu-ray review
Superman III 4K Blu-ray review
Superman IV: The Quest for Peace 4K
Blu-ray review

Audio quality of each film is assessed in the reviews linked to in the video section.

Supplements on each disc are detailed in the reviews linked to in the video section. Additionally, a fifth SteelBook as shown in screenshots 6 and 7 is included with this set, one adorned with the iconic Action Comics cover that introduced Superman to the world. Inside is a Certificate of Authenticity, a photo book, a 3D Phantom Zone lenticular card and a custom Superman '78 mini comic book. The entire housing for all the SteelBooks is itself a kind of "steel case" that measures approximately 5 3/4" wide x 7 3/4" high by 5 7/8" deep. Once the cardboard quasi O ring is removed the case is open in the back, as shown in screenshot 2.

As outlined in my reviews of the standard packaging releases, the Superman films can be hit and/or miss, and some of the choices Warner has made with these may cause some head scratching, but on the whole these SteelBooks are rather handsome and the extra non disc swag is appealing, for collectors who may be considering making a purchase.
