Spider-Man: Far from Home 4K Blu-ray Movie, Special Features and Extras

SteelBook fans who prefer simplicity over busyness will be turned away from this edition, but the front artwork is fundamentally attractive even if it's a
bunch
of floating heads intermixed with some other design cues. The artwork is hand-drawn rather than sourced directly from publicity stills, and the smooth
front and rear paneling has a reflectiveness about it. On the front is Spider-Man swinging through the air, center, surrounded by five floating heads:
Peter Parker, Ned, MJ, Beck, and Nick Fury. The front panel is essentially divided into two halves: a menacing cloudy dark sky at the top, to the left of
which is a depiction of an exploding Tower Bridge, and a fiery red and orange bottom half within which resides the terrifying Fire Elemental. The spine
and the rear panel both carry over the artwork, making one big artistic flow. The spine serves as a seamless transitional piece (which includes the film's
title center and a Sony logo
at the bottom) to the rear, which follows the same design cues and stylings as the front but prominently features "Night Monkey" hurtling through the
air, upside down. Behind him one can see part of the battle in Venice between the Water Elemental and Mysterio. At the top-left of the SteelBook is a
depiction of the Earth Elemental. To its right is a rendering of one of the few downtimes in the movie when Peter and MJ begin to explore their feelings
for one another.
Inside, the digital copy code is tucked underneath the left-hand-side tabs. The two discs, one UHD and one Blu-ray, are situated on the right in
staggered-stacked formation. The inner print is a two-panel spread that features a black background broken up by a random string of spider webs.

Spider-Man: Far from Home 4K Blu-ray Movie, Overall Score and Recommendation

This is a busy SteelBook but the metallic, reflective surfaces do help alleviate the feeling of mess. The same style and artwork would have worked
better with
greater focus, perhaps leading the front with Spider-Man and the rear with Night Monkey (or Mysterio) and leaving it at that. It's a subjective take but
it does look better in the hands than it does on the web.
