The Nerdlucks, a gang of space creatures, have been dispatched by their boss to kidnap Bugs Bunny and his Looney Tunes cohorts. Bugs challenges the aliens to a basketball tournament: if the Looney Tunes win, they'll remain on Earth. Bugs knows he needs some serious help, but basketball's best players are all having their skills "absorbed" by the aliens. Of course, there's a baseball player he happens to know...

Warner Brothers has released a UHD SteelBook (with bonus goodies) for Director Joe Pytka's 1996 live action/animated hybrid film 'Space Jam.' The disc and digital content is identical to that found in the U.S. UHD wide release. The 4K and Blu-ray discs will play on every U.S. Blu-ray player. See the 'Special Features and Extras' section of the review below for more on the SteelBook's look and feel.

Warner Brothers' SteelBook offers mirror images on the front and back featuring the classic Looney Tunes orange concentric circles. In the center is a
black dot with a golden Bugs Bunny silhouette, center, leaping to slam the basketball. The only difference is the inclusion of a relatively small and
unobtrusive billing block on the rear bottom. The panels are glossy but appear more matte in the inner circle. The spine is black with the film's title
center. A Titans of Cult logo appears at the top and a Warner Brothers shield appears at the bottom.
Inside, the first of two physical bonuses -- a couple of stickers -- are tucked underneath one of the left-hand-side tabs. The two discs, one UHD and one
Blu-ray, are situated on the right in
staggered-stacked formation. The inner print is a two-panel spread that features Bugs Bunny on the left, holding a basketball. It's as if he has been
drawn on a chalkboard. On the right are some X's and O's and arrows: a basketball play drawn up by the coach. The panel is predominantly black; Bugs
and the play are in silver.
The other physical item is a lapel pin that is gold and says "A-OK" on it. It is found in a larger plastic case inside which the SteelBook ships.

This is a very nice SteelBook; the mirror images are a nice touch and the inner panel is simple yet elegant and attractive. The movie is fun and the UHD is a winner. Recommended.
