Smile 2 4K Blu-ray Movie, Special Features and Extras

Paramount's Smile 2 SteelBook is predominantly white and light in color, which considering the grim and bleak tone and narrative of the film,
is
something of a surprise, but it nevertheless works. The front panel features Skye's deceased boyfriend, Paul Hudson, smiling with the classic
smile grin. The image is broken up with parts of his face (eyes, mouth) repeating in multiples. It's an unnerving image. On the back is mostly
a white background with the words "it's the last thing you'll see" in blood red, with some blood splatter elsewhere along the rear panel. The spine
simply features the film's title, center, with a Paramount logo at the top.
Inside, the digital copy code is tucked underneath the left-hand-side tabs. The two discs, one UHD and one Blu-ray, are situated on the right in
staggered-stacked formation. The inner print is a two-panel spread that features a blood red and crudely drawn smile against a black background.
There's a top to bottom thin and jagged red line running through it as well.

Smile 2 4K Blu-ray Movie, Overall Score and Recommendation

This is the very definition of a serviceably designed SteelBook. The front panel definitely captures the essence of the film, and the franchise, quite
nicely. For the rear, Paramount has resorted to the tried and true, tested and trusted, simple and succinct, "bloody quote" from the film. The inside
panel
is a big old crudely drawn mouth. So, it's solid enough. The film is really solid and the UHD A/V specs are right now. A nice assortment of extras are
also included. Recommended.
