Shank (2010)

British action thriller set in a dystopian future London in 2015 where society has fallen apart, gangs have taken over and anarchy reigns supreme. As the youngest member of the pacifist 'Paper Chaserz' gang, 14-year-old Junior strives for the authority of his older brother Rager and the respect of the rest of their morally conscious gang. Food has become the ultimate commodity, and rival gangs engage in constant battles in search of their next meal. When a conflict with a rival gang changes their lives forever, however. Junior must decide whether to stay true to his principles or drag them all into a quest for revenge that could get them all killed.
