Rick and Morty: Season 7 Blu-ray Movie Review
Reviewed by Jeffrey Kauffman May 20, 2024
Warner Brothers Home Entertainment offered both a standard packaging wide release and this SteelBook day and date back in March, but as of the writing of this review, Amazon has
the SteelBook at a nicely discounted price, which may make it more appealing to either those who haven't yet gotten Season 7 of the venerable
series, or who in fact wouldn't mind double dipping for a SteelBook.

For those interested, my thoughts on this season's set of episodes, as well as the technical merits of the disc and supplements included can head over

On disc supplements are detailed in the above linked review. The SteelBook packaging is perhaps unexpectedly subtle in terms of some of the really
gorgeous soft hues on both the front and back panels in the general green to yellow range, with little pops of purple. In fact it was hard to get a good
accounting even with my
HD camera of some of the nuances on the back panel in particular. The front panel of course offers our titular heroes (?), with a gaggle of other familiar
faces (some of that familiarity due to faces being repeated in true multiverse fashion). The interior panel features another gaggle of familiarity (in both
the aforementioned senses of the word). An insert has an episode list.
Rick and Morty: Season 7 Blu-ray Movie, Overall Score and Recommendation

I mentioned in my original review how at least one epochal event played a little like a dog finally catching a car and then wondering "now
what?" That said, this season has its definite pluses, and this SteelBook packaging is nicely designed and rather beautifully colorful.
Recommended.
