Manhandled (1924)

Tessy McGuire is a shop girl at a department store who lives in the same building as her boyfriend Tom Moore, a mechanic with big ideas. One day, she is invited by the store owner to a party along with a friend. Tessy impersonates a girl doing a jazz dance and later a Russian Countess. The owner of a ritzy store offers her a job as a fake Countess to lure customers. Tessy also gets a job posing as a model, but keeps getting "manhandled."
