Universal has released a very attractive, though also very pricey, six film SteelBook boxed set spanning the entirety of the Jurassic films. Included are the three Jurassic Park films and the three Jurassic World films. UHD, Blu-ray, and digital copies are included. See below for links to the included discs, a description of the packaging, and photos of the set.

Universal's six-film, six SteelBook collection is shipped in an oversized hard exterior shell, reminiscent of that which collections like Batman and Rambo have previously shipped in. The good news is that it is rugged
and
protects the SteelBooks very well; the bad news is that it takes up much more shelf space than would the SteelBooks individually, but this is designed
to be a prominent film library display piece, not something to be hidden away on a shelf.
First, some essential dimensions. The rounded-corners outer box measures approximately 6.75 inches wide, 6.00 inches deep, and 7.5 inches high. It
includes
a
card slip that fits around the box. Three ~2 inch high sides advertise the franchise and the format while the fourth runs the height of the box and
includes the UPC, a series blurb, franchise stills, a photo of the entire set sprawled out, various technical specifications, and a paragraph's worth of
legalese. It wraps around the bottom where billing blocks and ratings for each film appear.
The outer shell is glossy black with the words "Jurassic World The Ultimate Collection" written in golden colors on the top and the rear, the rear being
the side opposite of that holding the SteelBooks. On the side underneath the card slip is an embossed image of the familiar Jurassic Park
logo
while opposite are images of six dinos, small and circled, running vertically across the middle axis.
On the final side is an open space where the six SteelBooks are gathered. The entire inside is filled with a black padded and very sturdy foam
material. Each SteelBook enjoys its own space, and there's plenty of room in between each cutout, allowing them to breathe, stay out of contact with
one another (avoiding unwanted rubbing and possible scratches), and ample room to reach in and pull them out (there is an added finger-sized
cutout
tab
on both ends). The SteelBooks fit just snugly enough to hold securely but not so snug as to require excess force to remove them.
Each SteelBook shares a common design cue, so I will discuss them generally together rather than specifically individually, and a few photos of each
individual SteelBook are included. The piano black and glossy SteelBooks show a key dinosaur from each film, center front, with a different low-key
background behind them. they are framed against the black backdrop but there will be some limbs and other body parts at places extending beyond
the frame. Each rear panel is black with the film's specific title and logo center in an amber-gold color. A few logos and legalese appear in the same
color bottom center. The spines all feature film title center in the same color as found on the rear. A small universal logo appears on each bottom
portion of the spine at matching locations.
Inside each case, the two discs -- one UHD and one Blu-ray -- are situated on the right in
staggered-stacked formation. The inner print in each SteelBook is a two-panel spread that features a key still from the film. A digital copy code that
redeems for all six films is also included in one of the cases, as does a certificate of authenticity numbered to 5,325. The latter is printed on heavy
cardstock.

What a set! While it might be impractical for those who are trying to save space, there is no mistaking the wonderful style and eye-catching grandeur on display here. Fans of the franchise will adore this collection, and it comes very highly recommended.
