Jurassic World: Dominion 4K Blu-ray Movie Review
Reviewed by Martin Liebman August 21, 2022
Universal has released a UHD SteelBook packaging variant for the 2022 sequel film 'Jurassic World: Dominion.' The disc and digital content is
identical to that found in the wide release. See the 'Special Features and Extras' section of the review below
for
more on the SteelBook's look and feel.

Jurassic World: Dominion 4K Blu-ray Movie, Special Features and Extras

Universal's smooth surface SteelBook does not readily show handling fingerprints. The front, spine, and rear panels form a continuous image. On the
front are a pair or Velociraptors; the one on the right is closer and is looking left. The one in the background is on the left, facing left but looking back
over its shoulder to the right. A misty forest scene appears behind them. They are standing on a log. The scene extends across the spine, which
features the film's
title in golden letters, center. A golden Universal logo appears at the bottom. The rear panel features the end of the log prominently across the bottom.
A broken down, long abandoned and deteriorated yellow school bus appears in the mist in the background in front of the forest trees. Some studio logos
and
legalese appear around a fifth of the way up from the bottom in rather large and intrusive size and placement.
Inside, the digital copy code is tucked underneath the left-hand-side tabs. The two discs, one UHD and one Blu-ray, are situated on the right in
staggered-stacked formation. The inner print is a two-panel spread that features a similarly colored blue-ish outdoor setting. On the left, Owen is on
horseback, riding through a herd of dinosaurs through snow-covered terrain. The picture is slightly blurred.

Jurassic World: Dominion 4K Blu-ray Movie, Overall Score and Recommendation

I like the somewhat subdued style of this one. The whole front-to-back exterior image is nicely done, and the interior panel satisfies. The film is the
least in the series, but the video and audio qualities are fine. Recommended.
