Lionsgate and Best Buy have collaborated on a four-disc, two film UHD/Blu-ray store exclusive SteelBook release for the first two films in the 'John Wick' series. The disc and digital content is identical to that found in the wide releases, both for the first and second films. See the 'Special Features and Extras' section of the review below for more on the SteelBook's look and feel.

The SteelBook is made of a glossy, smooth exterior shell that will attract and show fingerprints. On the front, the film's title appears in fairly large red
italic
letters across the top. The main image is of Reeves' John Wick character, wearing a black suit and tie with a white shirt underneath, in an
aggressive forward-facing pose. Both arms are outstretched, the right wielding a submachine gun and the left a smaller handgun. Streaks of red
appear along some of the white surfaces: face, hands, bottom portion of the shirt. Sharp-edged black-and-white artwork appears around the
character, and several dozen spent shell casings appear scattered about the front as well. The rear side is a simple white color depicting a pair of
crossed
handguns, center. A number of rifle bullets, curiously, varying in size one from the next, form a crude circle around the firearms. The spine maintains
the flat white color. The first film's title appears in red italic font, center. Only a Summit Entertainment logo appears at the bottom.
Inside, the two digital copy voucher sheets, one for each film, float; there are no left-hand-side tabs. The four discs are each situated on their own
tabs, one each affixed to the interior left and right sides and the other two on a folding leaf in the middle. There is no interior artwork; it's a flat black
background on both sides.

film:

The John Wick films are certainly the most popular pictures to star Keanu Reeves since the Matrix family of films, and Best Buy and Lionsgate have made it easy to own the first two films on the UHD format. This is a nice SteelBook, simple but effectively crafted with an aggressive, engaging front image. The rear side is OK and the interior is nonexistent, but it's a quality set in total considering packaging and disc content alike. Highly recommended.
