Paramount has released almost a quarter-century's worth of Jack Ryan films to the UHD format. At time of writing, this five film, 10-disc set is the only way to own any or all of the films on the 2160p format. The UHD discs are strictly upgrades in terms of video presentation. All five simply carry over their Blu-ray soundtracks and supplements (generally on the bundled Blu-ray discs).

Jack Ryan: 5-Film Collection 4K Blu-ray Movie, Special Features and Extras 

The 10-disc collection ships in an oversize black UHD case. Each disc receives its own tab with several leafs in the middle. Some of the hubs are a little stubborn and don't want to get a tight grip on the discs when they're re-inserted into the package.

None of the five films contain new supplements, though commentary tracks do appear on the UHD discs, buried under the Setup menu tab. For full supplemental reviews, please click the appropriate links below which point to the original Blu-ray releases, which are bundled in this set.

Jack Ryan: 5-Film Collection 4K Blu-ray Movie, Overall Score and Recommendation 

The first four films are total overhauls on UHD and see the most significant improvements over their decade-old Blu-ray counterparts while the final film, released in 2014, is merely a visual refinement of a terrific Blu-ray. Unfortunately, Paramount has stuck with aging soundtracks for the first four films, while Shadow Recruit's 7.1 lossless mix still holds up as a reference level, highly dynamic listen. No new extras are included. Highly recommended.
