Imagine is a patently bizarre aggregation of nascent "music videos", and it is definitely a historical curiosity of the first order. It's actually kind of heartwarming to see John and Yoko frolicking around their immense estate, but there's also an undeniably pretentious aspect to much of what goes on in this film, and as such, even some Lennon fans may find their patience being tested. The music sounds great (at least the Lennon music, but I digress), and fans will almost certainly want to check this out, even if Gimme Some Truth is really the more interesting offering in some ways.
