How do two witless best friends get their start? In high school of course. As teenagers, Harry and Lloyd cross paths with themselves, a bunch of other outcasts, and a mean spirited principal. Their tale follows the lot of them in their madcap comic attempt to get out of the "special needs" department and into regular high school life.
