The production design is top-notch. As is the art direction by Ching-Shen Chen (The Tiger and the Widow, Lightning Fists of Shaolin). These elements helped to propel the filmmaking forward. An incredible effort from those involved. The costumes by Kamber Huang (The Jade Raksha, The Sword of Swords) add to the style of the film, too. The costumes seem perfectly suited for these characters and their respective roles.
