Doctor Sleep 4K Blu-ray Movie, Special Features and Extras

The white-dominant Doctor Sleep UHD SteelBook presents the film's title in rather simple, straightforward lettering, center, cutting through a
ghostly, silverly, slightly reflective Dan, played by Ewan McGregor. Within his torso is a red-dominant depiction of a boy on a tricycle riding towards
closed doors inside the hotel.
The rear panel continues with the intense white dominance. Center in scrawled lettering is the word "redrum," famously "murder" spelled backwards. A
billing block appears in the bottom quarter. The spine carries the white and simplistic layout, bringing over the film's title in the same type as seen on
the front. A Warmer Brothers logo appears at the bottom.
Inside, the digital copy code is tucked underneath the left-hand-side tabs. The two discs, one UHD and one Blu-ray, are situated on the right in
staggered-stacked formation. The inner print is a chilling two-panel spread that features Dan far left looking across a darkened room at the word
"murder" with the second "r" turned backwards. An interesting hodgepodge of odds and ends appear throughout the scene in between.

Doctor Sleep 4K Blu-ray Movie, Overall Score and Recommendation

Doctor Sleep may not be in the same narrative or filmmaking excellence class where resides its legendary predecessor, but it's a solid movie in
its own right and a worthy follow-up to The Shining both on page and on the screen. The UHD is terrific and the SteelBook works well in visual
tone and layout. Highly recommended.
