Paramount has widely released a four-disc Blu-ray SteelBook packaging variant for the 2021 television event 'Dexter: New Blood.' Dexter: New Blood Blu-ray Movie, Special Features and Extras 

Paramount's SteelBook is glossy and smooth and will show some handling fingerprints in its darker areas. The front panel features a headshot of Dexter Morgan. He has a menacing look on his face, his eyes affixed forward. Snow drifts around him and some has accumulated on his face and dark fleece jacket. A dark blue background fills the space behind. The show's title appears bottom right with the Showtime logo, smaller, bottom left. The rear panel features a snowy overhead view, with snow-capped trees filling the majority of the frame. A snowy roadway bisects the center area, and a streak of blood is visible along its length, leading up to a small home top left. Some small print black legalese appears bottom center. The spine is black with the show's title is a cool blue near center. A Showtime logo appears at the top and Blu-ray and CBS logos appear at the bottom.

Inside, the four Blu-ray discs appear on their own hubs. Discs one and four are on hubs affixed to the left and right panels and discs two and three in a movable leaf affixed center. The inner print is a two-panel spread that features an image of an axe-wielding Dexter, wearing beige coveralls, outside chopping wood. He appears firmly on the right-hand side; the left side, and the background behind him, is a serene wintery landscape.

Dexter: New Blood Blu-ray Movie, Overall Score and Recommendation 

Fans are going to enjoy this SteelBook. Its focus is certainly on the new wintry setting with some dark hints as to Dexter's evil depths. It's a nice presentation that suits the show quite nicely. The A/V presentation is fine, as are the supplements. Recommended.
