Overview
Damages: The Complete Second Season (2008)
In this season Patty (Glenn Close) is revelling in glory after her triumph over billionaire Arthur Frobisher (Ted Danson). However, when a man from her past reappears, Daniel Purcell (William Hurt), she has a new action to contend with. Taking on a murder case for Daniel, it soon becomes apparent that it's much more complex than first thought and leads Patty to the discovery of a far reaching conspiracy that implicates some very senior government officials. Meanwhile, the FBI is still investigating Patty and the firm, and now they have Ellen (Rose Byrne) as their willing informant.
