Sony has widely released a SteelBook packaging variant for Ang Lee's 2000 film 'Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.' The disc is identical to that
found in the 2016 wide release. A fresh Movies Anywhere digital copy code is also included. See

Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon 4K Blu-ray Movie, Special Features and Extras
Sony's new UHD SteelBook release for Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon hits the market several years after the film's original debut on the
2160p format. Red is the SteelBook's primary color. The front and rear panels are smooth and glossy and will show handling fingerprints. The front
panel features a sword serving as a center line demarcation running vertically from top to bottom, blade down. Around it is a character montage,
primarily featuring Li Mu Bai and Jen Yu center, though their images have been cut off where they intersect with the sword. Also featured prominently to
Li Mu Bai's right, or the SteelBook's left, is a "floating head" Yu Shu Lien. The film's title appears in vertical type and in black letters bottom right. The
rear panel features vertical Chinese writing top center while a silhouette of the famous battle atop the trees fills the panel's bottom half. There's a
brighter center, like a sun, with darker red coloring around it. The spine maintains the red coloring and the film's title filling much of the space. Below is
a Sony Pictures logo.
Inside, the digital copy code is tucked underneath the left-hand-side tabs. The two discs, one UHD and one Blu-ray, are situated on the right in
staggered-stacked formation. The inner print is a two-panel spread that features a golden background with circular images center on each side. On the
left is a "crouching tiger." On the right, a "hidden dragon." The images are gold and outlined in red.

Sony's Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon UHD SteelBook is a delight. It's tastefully bold and artistic. The interior is handsome, too. The film is a
classic and the UHD is very good. Highly recommended.
