Block-Heads (1938)

Stan and Ollie find themselves in the World War One trenches in this comic caper, based on their first talkie, 'Unaccustomed As We Are'. Whilst Ollie is launched into battle, Stan diligently mans his post, where he remains for the next twenty years. Finally brought back to America, Ollie plans a reunion dinner for his long-lost pal, but Mrs Hardy is ready to swipe the welcome mat from Stan's feet.
