Reviewed by Martin Liebman March 11, 2023Two are better than one...unless buying two means paying double. Fans have a choice with 'Black Panther: Wakanda Forever' on UHD SteelBook. Disney has released this version, focused on Wakanda, and another, focused on Talokán. The SteelBooks are not entirely dissimilar, sharing some common design themes. These are currently exclusive to Best Buy. The disc and digital content is identical to that found in the wide release. Disney's glossy SteelBook offers a character collage on the front with several lead characters appearing, each inserted into a collage-type image.
Most
prominent among them is Shuri, in profile across much of the top half, looking to the left. The film's title appears bottom center in white accompanied
by a Marvel Studios logo. Colorful design work appears in the background, with blue and orange the main colors. The rear panel carries over the
background imagery, offering a larger perspective of it. The background fills most of the panel, but a row of Wakandan warriors appears along the
bottom third. Two are in focus while the rest are blurred. Copyright notices, a model number, a Marvel logo, and Artist Dorthea Taylor's signature
appear
along the bottom. The spine also offers a continuation of the background, transitioning the image from the front panel to the rear. The film's title
appears center, looking as it does on the front. An UltraHD logo appears at the top.
Inside, the digital copy code is tucked underneath the left-hand-side tabs. The two discs, one UHD and one Blu-ray, are situated on the right in
staggered-stacked formation. The inner print is a two-panel spread that features Wakanda's bravest warriors leaping into battle towards shimmering
ocean waters.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever 4K Blu-ray Movie, Overall Score and Recommendation
This is a well-designed SteelBook. It's attractive, colorful, and organic. The floating heads on the front a little too "floaty" but the artwork is very impressive. The film is solid, as is the UHD. Recommended.
