Disney and Best Buy have collaborated on a store exclusive SteelBook release for 2017's live action adaptation of "Beauty and the Beast.' The disc and digital content is identical to that found in the wide release. This is the second SteelBook release for the film. Disney and Best Buy previously released a Blu-ray version in June 2017. See the 'Special Features and Extras' section of the review below for more on the SteelBook's look and feel.

The SteelBook features some elaborate debossing work on the front. In the center, within a dark, twisting periphery, is an image of Belle. With the
debossing work, she stands apart from her background, raised above an image of the castle in the distance. She's in her trademark yellow dress,
holding the iconic rose. The rear side is identical save that Belle has been replaced with the Beast, in his blue attire and looking towards the right. Both
panels are very smooth and glossy will show fingerprints. The spine is an offsetting red color, lighter at the top and bottom, growing darker
towards the center where the film's title, with accompanying "Disney" text, can be found. An UltraHD logo has been placed at the top and a Disney logo
can be found at the bottom.
Inside, the digital copy code is tucked underneath the left-hand-side tabs. The two discs, one UHD and one Blu-ray, are situated on the right in
staggered-stacked formation. The inner print is a two-panel spread that features Belle and the Beast sitting on a bench on the left-hand side. They are
situated within by a beautiful, serene snowscape. Snow and ice-covered tree limbs, plants, and terrain surround them.

release.

This is a very attractive SteelBook. It's been crafted to a high level of excellence and designed to highlight its main characters front, back, and inside. Perhaps the original Blu-ray SteelBook is more artful, but this one is quite nice, and it includes the best presentation of the film currently on the market. Highly recommended.
