Disney and Best Buy have collaborated on a store exclusive SteelBook release for 2019's live action adaptation, 'Aladdin.' The disc and digital content is identical to that found in the wide release. See the 'Special Features and Extras' section of the review below for more on the SteelBook's look and feel.

The SteelBook is glossy and smooth, a classic fingerprint attracting front and rear that looks quite nice with the predominately dark purple shade. The
front cover is a very dark purple color along its edges, giving way to a lighter shade towards center where the Genie's lamp, in all of its resplendent
golden detail, can be found. It's a little below the center axis. A bright light shines behind it. Magical dust drifts around it and a wisp of
smoke ventures out up towards the film's title, appearing in golden/sandy script, top center. The title is debossed (save for "Disney" text). The rear
side maintains
a similarly dark purple shade around its periphery and grows a bit lighter towards the center where one can see four riders on camelback on the
horizon approaching the menacing cave inside of which the lamp is located; it demands the "diamond in the
rough" be the only one to enter. Its eyes and mouth are alit with a fiery red color. Copyright and model numbers appear bottom. The spine drops the
purple color in favor of a red/dark red coloring.
The film's title appears center. An UltraHD logo appears at the top and a picture of the Genie and another number appear at the bottom (which is not
the same number from the rear panel).
Inside, the digital copy code is tucked underneath the left-hand-side tabs. The two discs, one UHD and one Blu-ray, are situated on the right in
staggered-stacked formation. The inner print is a two-panel spread that features a busy recreation of Prince Ali's arrival in Agrabah after becoming a
prince by using one of his three wishes granted to him by the genie. It's an interesting contrast, a colorful and complicated image next to the
comparatively simple lines and stylings of the
front and rear panels.

Aladdin's SteelBook is subtle but powerful. Its front image is focused on the magic, its rear panel is a little more menacing but still approachable, and a busy inner print breaks up the basics from the exterior. The on-disc content is good and the movie isn't bad, either. Highly recommended.
