Abre los ojos (1997)

The handsome and wealthy Cesar is known as a serial womanizer until he meets Sofia, an aspiring actress with whom he falls instantly in love. Their burgeoning courtship is disrupted, however, when his face is deformed after a car accident. He pines for a plastic-surgery miracle to return him to his former glory.
