The production excels in a variety of ways – from the art direction by Richard Edmunds (Early Man) and Matt Sanders (The Pirates! Even tunes by the likes of The Chemical Brothers are featured throughout the action-packed adventure.

Arriving on 4K UHD from Studio Canal, A Shaun the Sheep Movie: Farmageddon is presented in 2160p in the original theatrical aspect ratio of 2.35:1 widescreen. The release has a high quality presentation. The HDR implementation is one of the best elements of the video presentation. Colors seem to almost "pop" off the screen and there is a 3D-like quality.

The animation looks crisp throughout and manages to seem more engaging in 4K resolution. The presentation has plenty of splendor. The video- quality never struggles with compression woes. Everything seems sharp and engaging. The unique style of animation shines through.

A Shaun the Sheep Movie: Farmageddon 4K Blu-ray Movie, Audio Quality  4.5 of 5

The release includes a selection of lossless audio options: 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio, Dolby Atmos, and an audio description track. The lossless sound quality on the 4K UHD release is superb. The audio tracks capably handle the music soundtrack (both for the original score and the song selections). Dialogue is crisp, clear, and easy to understand. Those who are equipped for Atmos (atmospheric audio) with more channels of audio-separation may prefer the enveloping mix but the DTS track is no slouch.

Optional English HOH (hard of hearing) subtitles are provided.
