Paramount has released a UHD SteelBook packaging variant for the 2016 film '10 Cloverfield Lane.' The disc and digital content is identical to that found in the 2018 wide release. 10 Cloverfield Lane 4K Blu-ray Movie, Special Features and Extras 

Parmaount's matte SteelBook features a dark, blue-green-gray sort of color scheme. The front panel is beautifully simple but also surprisingly revealing: a mailbox with the film's title in stickers on the side is prominent, but the front of the mailbox is intended to look like the door to the bunker. An ominous sky hovers overhead. The film's title appears bottom left against a lighter, less threatening sky, while the farm house and truck appear underneath, the former illuminated in every window. The rear panel features something of a spoiler-y scene from the film, depicting Mary Elizabeth Winstead's Michelle running from a terrifying entity in the sky. The spine is black with the film's title in white, center, and studio logos at the top and bottom.

Inside, the digital copy code is tucked underneath the left-hand-side tabs. The two discs, one UHD and one Blu-ray, are situated on the right in staggered-stacked formation. The inner print is a two-panel spread that features the film's three characters -- Howard, Michelle, and Emmit -- looking up from the bunker's table, startled by the unknown going on outside. It's a good, interior filling image that really hits what the movie is all about.

Solid SteelBook! I love the design, including the attention to detail and unusual focus on the front panel and the well chosen interior. The movie is terrific, the UHD is solid, and this definitely demands a spot on every fan's shelf. Recommended!
