Dick is raised by thugs and is taught to be evil while Adlai is taught to be good and peaceful. The evil Dr. Slag, PhD. uses Dick to frame Adlai and turn the people against him and then turn Tromaville into a toxic wasteland. It is up to Adlai to foil the fiendish plot and save Tromaville from destruction.
