Paramount and Nickelodeon have released a full franchise collection containing both 'Avatar: The Last Airbender' and 'The Legend of Korra.' The set contains the full series Blu-ray releases for both 'Avatar' and 'Korra' rather than the individual season releases for Kora (which are linked below). The main draw here is a collection of art cards and a new Blu-ray bonus disc that contains new supplements exclusive to this release. New Blu-ray Bonus Disc:

• Auditory Explorations with the Avatarverse Creators (1080p, 38:55): Composer Jeremy Zuckerman, Co-Creator/Executive Producer Mike DiMartino, and Co-Creator/Executive Producer/Art Director Bryan Konietzko meet virtually to discuss initial concepts and collaborations, the show's music and evolution through the series, musical influences, and more. At about 19 minutes, new participants appear: Sound Designer Benjamin Wynn, Foley Mixer Aran Tanchum, and Foley Artist Vincent Guisetti who speak with DiMartino and Konietzko to take a deep dive into the franchise's sound design and audio effects.
• A Conversation with Janet Varney and Dante Basco -- Hosts of the Avatar: Braving the Elements Podcast (1080p, 46:29): These hosts, together for the first time since the pandemic, talk up this new boxed set (its actually sitting in front of them), explore big events in entertainment and society when Avatar premiered, look back at each show's plot and character basics, reflect on each show's popularity and legacy, and more.

The Ultimate Aang & Korra Blu-ray Collection Blu-ray Movie, Overall Score and Recommendation 

This boxed set might be a hard sell for fans who already own the series one way or another, whether in the previously released complete series sets, the individual seasons, or the SteelBooks for both Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra. The new supplements are great and the art cards are fine but it's still a steep price for not a whole lot of new content. For newcomers, it's certainly the way to go, even if the packaging leaves a bit to be desired. The series themselves on Blu-ray come highly recommended, one way or another.
