The Bourne Complete Collection 4K Blu-ray Movie Review
Reviewed by Martin Liebman July 20, 2022
Universal has released a five-film collection featuring all of the 'Jason Bourne' film on the UHD format. No film Blu-ray discs are included, so in
something of a unique move all of the non-commentary extras are all included on a Blu-ray disc spanning all five films. The video and audio transfers
are identical to the original UHD releases; corresponding review links are included below. See the 'Special Features and Extras' section of the review
below for
more on the packaging specifics and 'new' extras.

The following films are included in this set. Please click below for full film reviews; note that these point back to original releases.

The Bourne Complete Collection 4K Blu-ray Movie, Special Features and Extras

This set contains a substantial amount of bonus content; all of the video-based extras are included on the bonus features Blu-ray disc. Much of it is
legacy material but there are a number of extras that I have labeled as "new" because they were not part of the original Blu-ray releases. I do not
have access to every edition of the films that have been released thus far, so these may have appeared elsewhere on Blu-ray in the past (which were
not reviewed on Blu-ray.com; my best guess is The Bourne Classified Collection which does not include Jason
Bourne). They are
certainly not "new" as in crafted especially for this set. Most legacy content carries over save for the "U Control" video features from the early films,
which may have housed some of the "new" content, though most of the new material is confined to The Bourne Ultimatum, The Bourne
Legacy, and Jason Bourne. See below for a breakdown of content, where to find reviews, and brief blurbs on the "new"
material.

The Bourne Complete Collection 4K Blu-ray Movie, Overall Score and Recommendation

This is certainly a killer boxed set. The films range from solid to legendary. The UHD presentations range from poor to excellent. The supplements are
substantial, including what appears to be some "new" content, "new" as in "seemingly new to Blu-ray" rather than "new" as in "newly minted for this
set." Highly recommended in total despite some PQ reservations.
